Kate Hudson Talks Sane, Healthy Living In A Hyper Busy World For Self Magazine March 2016

The March 2016 issue of Self Magazine describes actor Kate Hudson as "the girl we all want to be around, the embodiment of high vibes -- and high energy." We will add great sense of humor.

Lensed by Jason Kibbler, Kate is styled by Melissa Ventosa Martin  with an interview about her long list of projects beyond acting.

Hudson lives in a Tudor Los Angeles house with her two sons Ryder and Bingham. Fabletics, the activewear brand she cofounded with JustFab is a two-year-old success. There are now six Fabletics in a business valued at $1 billion. The vivacious blonde has two movies 'Mother's Day' and a thriller 'Deepwater Horizon' out this year, but the big news is her new fitness, beauty, and lifestyle book 'Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body'.

On the one hand, Hudson knows she is the daughter of famous parents biological mom Goldie Hawn and adopted dad Kurt Russell. Hudson says her biological dad Bill Hudson "doesn't know me from a hole in the wall." People can ask what she knows about being a busy single mom juggling two careers and thinking she should be doling out advice. Respectfully, Hudson counters with the reality that she's "at a place in my life where if someone wants to know what I do to stay healthy, why not tell them? Why not put it out there."
