Actress Jennifer Lopez is on an editorial blitz, gracing the February 2015 issue of Latina Magazine promoting her self-funded movie ‘The Boy Next Door’. Posing with her younger-man co-star Ryan Guzman, Lopez exudes sensual confidence — the same simmering certainty that she is now a woman in control of her life, as expressed in her recent Self magazine interview. When the topic is clicking tongues over older women dating younger men, Jennifer Lopez says ‘basta’. Or ‘get a life’. Or something like that.
Ryan is part of the interview and has these choice comments about Latino men:
“Latino men are really passionate! We’re also really stubborn, but it can work us and against us. As a Latino man, I was always taught by my family and my dad that giving up is never an option. If you want to do something, and you chose to do something, you see it all the way through. And yeah, it’s not going to be easy sometimes. But, hey, that’s part of life, and everything that’s not easy is a life lesson. So, I think that Latino men are some of the toughest men in the world — we just don’t brag and boast about it. We’re not out there telling everybody how cool we are, because we went through this, and all this hardship that we go through. And that’s what I love — we keep to ourselves; we do what needs to be done; we move forward.”
