Makeup artist Rosa Matilla, photographer Fernando Gomez [IG] and stylist Roma Lansky broke out of quarantine one night and decided to do something really jazzed up in the world of makeup. Their imaginations were involved in a cosmic collision of sorts and I believe it was Rosa who exclaimed “I’m feeling . . . wait, wait, I’m see it now . . . chameleons. They are such exquisite, beautiful creatures and we can do a fabulous beauty editorial in bright, bold colors inspired by nature.

Model Asya Yershova arrived on set for the fashion story having learned that chameleons are now people’s pets.
