Annemarieke van Drimmelen Shoots Amber Valletta in 'Brave New Summer' Pt-1

Vogue Netherlands shares its July/August 2020 issue, including a 42-page time capsule shot by Annemarieke van Drimmelen in the empty streets of Amsterdam. The photographer’s images of ‘90s supermodel, environmental and sustainability activist Amber Valletta were taken pre-corona.

Editor-in-chief Rinke Tjepkema shares her thoughts about van Drimmelen expressing her own emotions from frustration to hope, capturing moments that are about getting closer to yourself and to nature.  ‘It's the intimacy and closeness that has made her one of my favorite photographers for years,” the EIC said about her photographer.
