Linda Evangelista | Steven Meisel | Vogue Italia, February 1989

The June/July Vogue Paris editorial ‘Canicule’ featuring a gorgeous Isabeli Fontana lensed by Mert & Marcus and styled by Emmanuelle Alt has created quite a lot of controversy for being more than a ‘tribute’ to this Linda Evangelista Vogue Italia editorial, lensed by Steven Meisel in Feb 1998.

We’ve been so relentlessly on Emmanuelle Alt’s case, I think we’ll just sit this one out. You decide. Anne
