Note | Nudity Posting just now the new Agent Provocateur spring 2012 campaign on Sensuality News, it’s relevant that creative director Sarah Shotten said she was taking a break from high-octane women and returning to the Seventies for inspiration.

This view of Smart Sensuality women included watching old Emmanuelle films and the photography of David Hamilton. Shotten also included The Story of O in her lineup, which I don’t advocate. It’s good reading on the kind of women Smart Sensuality femmes don’t want to be. The Emmanuelle films, I’m crazy about and wish we would return to, instead of pretending to be erotic in our 30-second, money-shot world.

David Hamilton, on the other hand, lensed a consistently strong AOC editorial, one that came to mind as I wrote ‘Nordic Women in Chanel’ next door. When editorial dots collide in this fashion within minutes, the brain bell goes ding, ding, ding.
