Louis Vuitton Muse Ambar Cristal Zarzuela Dazzles In 'Louis Vuitton High Jewellery' For Glass Magazine

Louis Vuitton muse Ambar Cristal Zarzuela captures our undivided attention, styled by Tania Rat Patron in ‘Louis Vuitton High Jewellery’. Bojana Tatarska is behind the lens, capturing the wonderfully fresh jewelry shots for Glass Magazine Spring 2019.

Hailing from her home town of El Cercado, San Juan de la Maguana in Santo Domingo, Ambar Cristall Zarzuela became the first Dominican to open a Louis Vuitton Spring 2019 RTW show in Paris, Fall 2019. Ambar’s opening of Louis Vuitton came only a year after the luxury brand put a black model, African-American Janaye Furman on its runway for the first time.

Zarzuela upped the ante even higher, not only because her her coveted position as #1 but because her natural afro was part of the show. And it remains so today, in this high-end, Louis Vuitton fashion editorial.

The pure simplicity and clean lines of the Louis Vuitton Spring 2019 collection suit Ambar just fine, based on her Instagram messaging. The rising star appeared in Vuitton’s Spring 2019 ad campaign and was also the focus of a recent Porter Edit feature on rising model stars.
