Alan Gelati Captures Ella Hope Merryweather In Versace For Tatler UK October 2017

Donatella Versace paid tribute to her late brother Gianni's spirit in a major supermodel reunion moment around the Spring 2018 Versace collection.

Retailer Farfetch then partnered with London-based boutique William Vintage to bring Versace to the Internet. The 500 pieces span 20 years, from Versace's early 1977 designs until his final collection for Fall 1997. Industry professionals believe it's the largest collection ever made available.

British model Ella Hope Merryweather showcases pieces from the collection, styled by Sophie Pera. Photographer Alan Gelati is behind the lens for Tatler UK's October 2017 issue.

"As a business, we want to celebrate the best curators (boutiques) and creators (brands) of luxury fashion from all over the world," says Candice Fragis, buyer and merchandising director for Farfetch. "We already have a fantastic vintage offer and only work with the best specialists in the business, and in London, William Vintage is the most prolific." See the collection

‘This collection is the largest ever seen, representing 20 years of Gianni's design genius. To give a little context on how extraordinary this is, when The Met honoured Gianni in 1997 the exhibition held 187 pieces - we launch with over 500 for sale.’
