Paul Kooiker’s work is on display starting tonight, Dec. 8, at FOAM Amsterdam, at the opening reception. The show closes on Feb. 12, 2023.

There’s a sentence in the FOAM bio for Paul Kooiker that summarizes my positive reaction to these images. “The artist portrays the biggest fashion brands and today’s most famous faces, but transports them to a world of their own. Disconnected from time and place, his surreal images feel like film stills with stories we can only guess.”
