Eroticism is sometimes disturbing, which is the effect this Claudia Schiffer by Mario Testino editorial has on us. Only mildly so, of course, and we’re not certain that Claudia was the girl for the part. Original supermodel Schiffer makes for a superb Veronica Lake with great pinup appeal.

As for the white rats, perhaps after Gaga’s meat dress, they’re not so disturbing. With all Anne’s writing on sexuality, respectability and religion’s assertion that woman has an animalistic nature, the images are high-impact for her.
