Hillary's #1 Fan Ruline Dies At 103 | Clinton Will Give 2017 Commencement Address At Wellesley With New Book For Fall 2017

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is working on a collection of essays inspired by her favorite quotes, publisher Simon & Schuster told The Associated Press on Wednesday. The book is scheduled for release this fall and  will give Clinton the opportunity to reflect on her 18-month campaign and stunning loss to Donald Trump.

Clinton will also reissue her best-selling 'It Takes a Village', in a new illustrated format designed to appeal to young people.

Hillary's #1 Fan Ruline Steiniger Dies At 103

Will one of her most ardent fans Ruline Steiniger, who died at age 103, prompt a Hillary reflection in her new book? The Democratic candidate tweeted about Ruline on Friday, writing" At 103, Ruline Steininger had an energy & vibrancy all should aspire to. My thoughts and prayers are w/her family."

Ruline's granddaughter, Karen Steininger, told CNN:

She had a long and productive life and did much to inspire many women, young and old. One of my favorite things that she said, as my husband was telling her about the Women's March here in Des Moines, was to please send Hillary a note after her death and to let her know that she'll still be fighting. An activist even after she's gone.

Ruline hit the national headlines on a cold February night in February 2016, when she caucused for Hillary Clinton in Iowa, determined to witness history by helping elect America's first female president.

"I've got a big job ahead of me . . . I've got to live," Ruline told the world. "After that, OK, I can die if I want to, but I'm going to live until she's elected."

2017 Wellesley Commencement Address

Hillary will deliver the 2017 commencement speech at her alma mater, Wellesley College in Massachusetts, Clinton's 1969 valedictorian address at Wellesley thrust her into the national spotlighjt at a young age. She will also resume her relationship with talent management Harry Walker Agency, who managed her prior to her presidential run. These talks were heavily criticized by Sen. Bernie Sanders and Trump during the election race. Bernie is now represented by All American Speakers.

A rumor is running rampant in conservative media only, that Clinton is also planning a talk show dealing with progressive values.  Who knows. The story has not been picked up by other outlets.

Jazzy Philanthropy

What is a false statement about Hillary is that she was last seen at President Trump's inauguration. Not true. As President Trump worked to launch his immigration ban that is causing ongoing protests in America and around the world, the Democratic candidate was supporting immigrant cancer researchers at Columbia University.

One of the event’s beneficiaries was Dr. Azra Raza, who last summer wrote an opinion piece under the headline: “I’m an immigrant and a Muslim. And I’m here to cure cancer.” Raza, who researches early-stage leukemia, grew up in Pakistan. She said Clinton repeatedly thanked her for her work.

Chaka Khan performed at the Jazzy Winter Nights as did Wynton Marsalis.

Azra Raza speaks at TEDxNewYork in November 2014.
