Beyoncé Admits Becoming a Feminist Promoter of Women

ArtTracker| Beyoncé tells the Daily Mail that she’s much closer to her alter ego Sasha Fierce now than when she first became a super star. The more aggressive, overtly sensual Sasha is reconciled with the shy, charmingl nice Beyoncé, producing an intergrated, mature woman.

The star has no problem describing herself as a fminist, although she never set out to be one. I think we learn a lot from our female friends – female friendship is very, very important. It’s good to support each other and I do try to put that message in my music.” Read on at Daily Mail.

Alicia Keys & Beyonce Seduce Rio

ArtTracker| We have fabulous photos of Beyonce and Alicia Keys in Rio today, filming a video for Alicia’s ‘Put It In A Love Song’, from her recently released album ‘The Element of Freedom.’

Part of the video is shot in Rio’s Dona Marta slum, site of Michael Jackson’s 1996 video ‘They Don’t Care About Us.’ Madonna, too, is in Rio. We’ll tag her shortly.

Recent Style Briefs are full of prints, which will get a big boost from these photos. All of Rio looked like they were having a tremendous time in the company of these two dazzling femmes. See more of the story and great photos in Les Artistes.
