Models Lindsay Gergusson, Kasia Bober, and James Redmond create a visual extravaganza with body painting by Lauren Baker in Hasta La Muerte, a fashion film by Jenny Bough. It deals magnificently with key themes of Anne of Carversville about the intersections of sensuality, religion and death.

The imagery takes us to Latin America, and I’m reminded of an image from my essay Las Pozas: Creative Pandemonium in a Mind Running Wild about Edward James’s spectacular sculptural gardens in Xilitla, Mexico. Frida Kahlo often dealt with themes expressed in Hasta La Muerte.
