If Alessandra Ambrosio is ‘delving into a land of darkness and seduction’, photographed by Jacques Dequeker for the latest issue of Vogue Brazil, would someone please give her an eyemask. The shoot is beautiful; Ambrosio mannequin-perfect. But ‘darkness and secution’? Not in our playbook.

Comments on Fashion Gone Rogue include her looking like a high-end version of Victoria’s Secret, which is the person’s way of reminding us that VS is also superficial in its powers of seduction. We agree. We look at these photos as a lovely painting by a top photographer, known for bringing out the best in women.
