Ilva Heitmann explores Taroudant, Morocco located in the Sous Valley in the southern part of the country. I mistook it for Marrakech because Taroudant is called the “Grandmother of Marrakech”. The city is known for its local crafts including jewelry and carpets, but stylist Jayne Pickering chooses spring’s opulent three-dimensional fabrics as her focus for ‘Beyond The Fringe’.
