Terry Richardson is the most unsexy man I can think of. Presumably, I’m not his dream girl either.

Terry Richardson is a pornographer, and I don’t object to the medium — although I personally prefer erotically-presented art, a la Ellen von Unwerth, who is hotter than Hades right now.

Given that the subject of curvy women, as we are not called, is filled with emotional undertones, I wish V Mag would have chosen a roster of photographers who genuinely appreciate women for their Janurary 2010 issue on multi-size women.

Neither Richardson or Lagerfeld adores women — on women’s terms, rather than their own.

Lagerfeld, in particular, says it’s a tough world out there, and women had better get used to it. He’s right, of course. Karl Lagerfeld is brilliant. Does he appreciate women’s inner life or softer qualities? I doubt it. Lagerfeld thrives on being the kaiser with his women. Need I say more?

Even when he’s trying to shoot upscale photography, Terry Richardson shows zero depth in his portrayal of women. He’s the porn director in charge, and we have a lot of them in America. Anne
