But a man who is fully stimulated can produce up to 50% more sperm because he is having a good time, whether that’s enjoying ‘gourmet sex’ with his woman or watching a bit of porn as the prelude.

So if you are a woman who doesn’t want to put some extra energy and a positive energy into the sexual act, best to bring some porn into the bedroom with you. A man cannot climb Mount Everest alone.

While I am not a sex counselor, it seems that watching the porn together makes for a more intimate and focused celebration of perhaps 50% increase in sperm that a full-aroused man will make for his partner. Eureka!

Perhaps you don’t need a 50% boost in sperm production. After all, a little extra effort can go a long way in the bedroom.

A good woman giving her guy an extra five minutes of foreplay can increase his sperm production by 25 million. Not fully explained in the Guardian UK article, these beyond-the-norm sperm are higher-quality and more likely to penetrate an egg in conception.

Perhaps they are higher-quality because they have emerged from the warm and cosy inner sanctum of a man’s testicles. The more excited a man is, the further back into his testicles he draws for his sperm reserves, wanting to give the experience his end-all performance.

This happy news is not only for men. Women, too, are in the ‘gourmet sex’ game.

Women Wanting Babies Need To Work on Big Orgasms

If a woman wants to conceive, it’s in her interests not just to lie there, waiting for penetration, but to get actively involved, having a big-O (or two or three), so that her muscular contractions help propel the sperm into her cervix.
