Post Sex Change Surgery, Lea T Is Lensed For Blue Man By Terry Richardson

Just as bloggers have stopped mentioning Crystal Renn’s fluctuating weight, now that she is a size 2 or so, and apparently stable in stature, I wonder if the lovely Lea T will become a model, rather than the transsexual model. The 29-year-old Givenchy muse has undergone sex change surgery and is fully functioning as a female — or well on the way in her healing process.

Terry Richardson shot Lea T with fellow Brazilian Marion Teixeira and a group of sexy, spirited guys and girls, romping on the beach in Ipanema Beach in Rio de Janeiro. All fun and frolic supports the Blue Man swimwear label.

Lea T — along with Andrej Pejic — a favorite model at AOC, appeared on Oprah in February this year, generating the greatest hour of traffic in our history.

Today will be our single biggest day without a big story or event, but it’s a low-key fact that Lea T’s former appearance at Alexandre Herchcovitch’s Sao Paulo Fashion Week show is our top story today. Link also goes to Oprah interview.

From all she’s said, Lea T is ready to get on with her life as a woman, in what has been a psychologically-challenged, personal struggle to become her real self. I pray that we let her do just that. Anne
