Photographer Radu Zaciu was a director of Deutsche Bank for over two decades. Now the Romanian Zaciu is busy making Jack-o’-Lanterns out of fruits and vegetables in his project called ‘The Light Inside’. By scooping out the insides of both popular and more unusual foods, leaving thin layers of the external walls intact and then illuminating the edibles, Zaciu gives us a new look and closer connection to our culinary preferences.
