The Redbury shares The Library in LA at Hollywood & Vine Tasteologie

Previously only for guests, The Redbury has opened their library bar to the general public. With an address as Hollywood as they come, The Redbury uses its location as inspiration for a modern spin on classic silver screen glamour. That style includes the drink menu.

The Vinebury is somewhat of a cocktail paradox. It is alternately cooling and spicy. With vodka, cucumber, basil and serrano chilies, its flavor moves in waves across your palate. The cucumber comes first, followed by the pleasant tingling sensation brought on by the serranos. The tingling soon gives way to a gentle burn which prompts you to drink again for some cucumber relief… which gives way to more tingling and enters you into a delicious if slightly masochistic spiral.
