Weight Watchers Adopts New Diet Plan With Unlimited Fruits and Veggies

Love to Eat| WeightWatchers has revised its diet plan in an effort to respond to ‘new science’ around food. Dieters will remain accountable for following a ProPoints system, one which now allows unlimited fruits and vegetables. Alcohol is introduced into the plan via a ‘slush fund’ of 49 points that can be used for eating out, an occasional Big Mac (12 points) or bottle of wine (20 points).

Rather than a focus solely on calorie counting, the new WeightWatchers plan is more focused on food groups and also the energy required to digest different foods. Read on in Health.
