US May Advise Americans in Europe on Al Qaeda Terrorist Attacks

Love | Peace The Guardian (using the accompanying photo not chosen by AOC) writes that Europe is going on full alert, expecting Al Qaeda terrorist attacks at popular sites and tourist hubs like the Eiffel Tower.

The US government is reportedly considering issuing a warning to Americans living and traveling in Europe today.

The warning comes one week after intelligence officials in Britain intercepted a credible Islamist-linked terror plot. The attack would reportedly have been similar to the deadly commando-style raids in Mumbai, India, two years ago, with other European cities, in France and Germany, also targeted. via the Guardian

It’s said that the attacks are in response to US unmanned drone raids in Pakistan, where we have carried out at least 25 attacks so far this month, the highest number in six years.
