The Vatican Exorcist Explains More Devil Details

There’s no evidence yet that Pope Benedict actually approved any details of the 1980’s case in which a priest being treated for sexually deviant behavior was returned to his pastoral duties. But he did approve the troubled priest’s transfer into therapy, as a German archbishop.

The Vatican spokesman, the Rev. Federico Lombardi, said he had no comment beyond the statement by the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, which he said showed the “nonresponsibility” of the pope in the matter. via NYTimes
