Seaweed Joins Obesity Fight

Love to Eat| Scientists at Newcastle University are convinced that seaweed reduces fat uptake by more than 75 percent. Alginate — a natural fibre found in sea kelp — stops the body from absorbing food-injested fat better than most nonprescription anti-obesity treatments.
