Right-Handers Were About 90% of Population 500,000 Years Ago

RedTracker| University of Kansas anthropologist David Frayer has analyzed human teeth that are 500,000 years old and determined that even then right-handedness was predominant over being left-handed. Overall, Frayer and his team found right-handedness in 93.1 percent of the humans sampled at Sima de los Huesos and European Neandertal sites. That nine-to-one ration with right-handers outnumbering left-handers prevails today. via Science Daily
