IMF Alpha Men Take Sexual Liberties

A 2008 internal review of sexual politics at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) found few restraints on the conduct of senior managers, reports the NYTimes.

Noting that ‘the absence of public ethics scandals seems to be more a consequence of luck than good planning and action’, the report is being reexamined in light of the attempted rape charges levied against Dominique Strauss-Kahn, who resigned his position as head of IMF this week.

A potential successor to DSM Kemal Dervis of Turkey could be out of the running over his own affair at the World Bank years ago. He was not married at the time but the woman was, according to Stanislas Balcerac, a former World Bank staff economist with direct knowledge of the affair. Read on At IMF, Men on Prowl and Women on Guard.

An excellent piece on the financial politics of the IMF selection process is written by Clive Corcoran for Seeking Alpha.

Christine Lagarde, New CBA at IMF?

Christine Lagarde, CBA Complete Bass Ass Professional WomanSupport is building rapidly around Christine Lagarde, known to many Smart Sensuality women as a CBA: Complete Bad Ass.

Not only is Lagarde a brilliant economist, as we wrote yesterday, many thinking people of both genders believe it’s time for a woman to lead at IMF. If women are actually afraid to wear skirts to work at IMF, it’s time to put a woman in charge.

Girls, Girls, Girls

Ergo, a division of Munich Re, the world’s biggest re-insurer,rewarded its top salesmen in 2007 with an night of fun and frolic at the thermal baths in Budapest. Along with a relaxing dip came 20 prostitutes to service about 100 guests, reports the BBC.

“After each such encounter the women were stamped on the lower arm in order to keep track of how often each woman was frequented,” the paper quoted the man as saying.

“The women wore red and yellow wrist bands. One lot were hostesses, the others would fulfill your every wish.

“There were also women with white wrist bands. They were reserved for board members and the very best sales reps.”

Ergo reports it has changed its code of conduct.

Terminated?

Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Child’s cartoon and TV show ‘The Governator’ is on hold. Comic book creator Stan Lee’s company first said the project was a no-go. The revised statement is: ‘In light of recent events, A Squared Entertainment, POW, Stan Lee Comics, and Archie Comics have halted production.’

Do you remember when the Tiger Woods scandal broke and women were coming out of the closet. We couldn’t keep track of the daily tally which was more out of control than Wall Street.

We’re staying quiet until a solid source confirm the chatter, but it make be time to fasten your seat belt for a wild ride with the Terminator.
