GivingTracker| PBS Frontline revisited the dream team PlayPumps story about improving the water supply to villages in Africa. Like so many, we wrote about the delightful PlayPumps possibility in early 2009. In reality, the imaginative PlayPumps story is about a concept derailed when an opportunity grows too enthusiastically without the proper feasibility studies and infrastructure.
