Love to Eat| New York city chef and new dad Daniel Angerer has put Mommy’s Milk cheese on the menu at his Klee Brasserie.
Angerer’s wife and new mother supplied two quarts of of breast milk to create small samples of a creation he calls Mommy’s Milk cheese. This wonderful act challenges subliminal stereotypes around sexuality. The story is even more interesting, given their initial desire to send the milk to Haiti. Read on in Treats
