Malaysian Caning Case Delayed

Sorry for being late on this post. New legalities are complicating the caning of Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno in Malaysia. Kari was on her way to jail earlier this week, when she was turned around and sent home, with the announcement that her caning would be carried out after Ramadan.
