Jumo Seeks Yelp-Like Web Experience for Charities

GivingTracker| Chris Hughes hopes his new venture called Jumo will mirror Yelp’s success in matching people and restaurants in the world of nonprofits and willing givers. As one of the original founders of Facebook and chief digital organizer for Barack Obama’s presidential campaign, Hughes believes that he has the expertise to create a model that’s different from primarily giving sites like GlobalGiving.org.
