J'adore Dubai's Modern Architecture

DesignTracker| I saw a similar photo on an architecture blog last evening, marveling to myself that this is the “new” lower Manhattan: Rem Koohlas’s masterplan for the Dubai waterfront. Just noticed an article now on the NYT by Nicolai Ourouwssoff. As Americans, we truly don’t understand how the rest of the world is building up, out, and beyond us.
