Hearst Magazine's Cathleen P Black Named Chancellor New York City Schools

RedTracker| Cathleen P. Black, chairwoman of Hearst Magazines, has resigned to become chancellor of the New York City school system. Current chancellor Joel I. Klein is leaving his post to become an executive vice president of the News Corporation.
