Headley's Wife Told FBI About His Ties to Pakistan's Militants

GlobeTracker| Finally, the world has traction around the questions of David Coleman Headley’s involvement in the Mumbai attacks by Pakistani terrorists. According to the Washington Post, federal agents in New York City investigated claims by David Headley’s wife that he was an active militant in the terrorist group Lashkar-i-Taiba.

The wife, whom ProPublica is not identifying to protect her safety, also told agents that Headley had bragged of working as a paid U.S. informant while he trained with the terrorists in Pakistan, according to a person close to the case. via WaPo

FBI officials won’t comment on the situation, but Indian officials have vigorously pressed the claim that confusion and disconnected dots in American intelligence allowed Headley to operate a even more than a double agent, training with Lashkar-i-Taiba while being paid by the US.
