Living| Happiness guru Matthieu Ricard has a new book “Why Meditate”, a followup to his “Happiness: A Guide to Developing Life’s Most Important Skill.”
The Frenchman with unusually positive emotions in his brain scans, says that happiness is “a cluster of qualities: altruism, compassion, inner peace, inner freedom, and inner strength” and not an absence of conflict or pain in our lives.
