Five Charities for Haiti Relief Chosen by "Hope for Haiti" Telethon.

GivingTracker| Wyclef Jean will co-host a Telethon “Hope for Haiti” next Friday, with actor George Clooney and Anderson Cooper.

Organized by Clooney and MTV will air commercial-free at 8 p.m. on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN, BET, the CW, HBO, MTV, VH1 and CMT.

Funds raised will be shared with Oxfam America, Partners in Health, the Red Cross, UNICEF and Wyclef Jean’s Yele Haiti Foundation. Performers are being confirmed but Sting will play live.

George Clooney’s foundation Not on Our Watch, which he co-founded with Matt Damon, Don Cheadle and Brad Pitt, will donate $1 million to the Haiti relief effort.
