Exercise In Leisure Time Reduces Depression Risk

RoseTracker| A study of 40,000 people in Norway concluded that people who didn’t exercise were almost twice as likely to have symptoms of depression, compared to the most active individuals.

There were surprises, however. The intensity of exercise didn’t seem to matter but social context did. People who made exercise a communal activity at a health club, running club or even walk in the country with friends had added benefits. via BBC News
