Dolphin Hunt Begins Anew In Taiji, Japan | New O'Barry TV Series

GreenTracker| The dolphin hunting season has begun in Taiji, Japan. Ric O’Barry delivered a petition signed by 1.7 million people in 151 countries (including Anne) calling for an end to the dolphin slaughter.

Fewer protesters visited Taiji at the start of the hunt, over concerns of a retaliation by Japanese nationalists.

Ric O’Barry and his son, filmmaker Lincoln O’Barry are producing a new three-part series for “Animal Planet” called “Blood Dolphins”.
