Cutler and Gross | Next Act for Jazz Age Geniuses

Is America ready for another Jazz Age, when we’re not over the current global economic meltdown? Actually, the penthouse set has recovered nicely and in the spirit of Ayn Rand and “Atlas Shrugged” is ready to climb yet another Modern values mountain.

In keeping with Ayn Rand-inspired luxury futures, Cutler and Gross tributes the 1930s painter Tamara de Lempicka for her use of strong colours in a style that is distinctly feminine and soft — if linear —  Cubism. Playing on the Cutler and Gross website is my favorite “Rapsody and Blue”.

Smart Sensuality women are set to soar again Gershwin-style, but with female-centric values. Consider it a Cubist reformation, and this time we want the world run women’s way — with a couple less baubles, just a few please.

Ten microloans for every bauble will do wonders for the world’s women. Anne
