Chemists Achieve Solid Results on 'Artificial Nose'

RoseTracker| Stanford scientists hope to create an “artificial nose” that oculd accelerate the use of sniffing sensors into the realm of mass production and widespread use. The new noses could one day detect everything from milk about to sour to high explosives.

Based on molecules that change color, the artificial noses convey critical information in vivid messages to the receivers.
