RedTracker| We’ve read this article twice and don’t understand the key points at all. If anything, the article reinforces that the Vatican speaking in Latin and requiring that all communications and legal matters be conducted in Latin is archaic and subject to great misunderstanding around the world.

This is not a debate about the use of a period, but it’s close to it.
