Aerobic Exercise Reduces Mortality Rates in Heart Patients

RedTracker| A study carried out by the Department of Cardiology in New Orleans, Louisiana and reported in the American Journal of Medicine, confirms that aerobic exercises such as walking, rowing or jogging three times a week for 30 to 40 minutes reduces heart patients mortality rates by 60 per cent.

A followup with the patients over six years found that those who maintained their exercise programs were 60 percent less likely to have died. Exercise also helped to reduce stress in patients. via Telegraph UK
