Demand for Bullets in America Skyrockets

The National Shooting Sports Foundation, which represents the largest suppliers of bullets and ammunition in the country, say there’s no recession in bullets. America is producing 2 billion more bullets this year over 2008’s 7.5 billion. And still the shelves are empty. Producers can’t make bullets fast enough.

Believing that President Obama may push through anti-gun legislation, gun owners and even some police departments are hoarding every bullet they can find. via LA Times.
