Award-Winning Ecoventura Offers Women-Only Travel in Galapagos Islands

Ecoventura, a Galapagos small ship expedition company, is the winner of Conde Nast Traveler’s 15th annual World Savers Award. See HopeTracker for a discussion of Ecoventura’s Cultural Creative business principles.

Ecoventura features ‘women only’ departures Nov. 29-Dec. 6 2009 and April 18-25 2010. The company reports that “women only” travel is its fasting growing concept.

Ecoventura has confirmed that women will be cruising with a female crew, not the fine-looking gentlemen featured here. A

Dear Anne, thanks for the post.
We will have female guides on board for the women only trips. FYI - Ecoventura currently employs two female crew members! The company also helps to fund a micro-enterprise in the Galapagos to benefit the wives of fishermen. Best regards, doris welsh
