French Transport Workers Threaten to Kill Fish and More in the Seine

One shudders at the thought that environmental blackmail could become a new threat among disgruntled workers. The Guardian reports that angry drivers at a struggling transportation company are threatening to pour more than 8,000 litres of toxic fuel additive into the Seine if they demands for redundancy pay-offs are not met.

Workers say they are well aware of the environmental damage that will ensue.
